Luz Elana Parra

Agricultural Engineer from the National University of Colombia, a QMS ISO 9001:2015 certification, Management Systems Auditing ISO 19011:2018 Certification and Project Management Certificate through Mount Royal University of Alberta.  Luz has over 25 years in engineering and project management, having worked as an engineer at Trident Exploration and Penn West Exploration prior to founding her own project management company, Parra Projects Inc., focusing on the cannabis industry.    Luz has extensive training in cGMP, EU GMP and GACP for the cannabis and natural health products industries.  Luz specializes in cannabis facility design, construction, project management and operations.
